**Business Developer Junior (Logistics) |**

Are you passionate about business development and looking to grow your career in the logistics industry?
We are looking for a **Bilingual Business Developer Junior** to drive commercial growth and build long-term partnerships with key clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and distribution.
- Support the commercial team in designing and presenting high-impact proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Participate in negotiations with potential and existing clients, including senior executives.
- Assist in project management and post-sales follow-up.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the logistics sector (preferably 3PL).
- Proven experience selling high-volume logistics solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills at managerial or executive level.
- Results-driven, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (advanced level required).
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Logistics, or related fields (students or recent graduates welcome).
- Advanced English (professional and negotiation level).
- Knowledge of:

- COMET methodology
- B2B sales and prospecting strategies
- Project management
