Under supervision, follows an engineer’s direction in the completion of project related drawings and other technical project activities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**The Individual**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology - 4 to 8 years of related experience at designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers and piping systems, must have experience in a manufacturing environment. - Must have a good math background that must include trig and calculus - Must have the ability to work independently or in coordination with an engineer in development of designs or adaptations requiring advanced specialized knowledge - Must have aptitude for problem solving to include the ability to gather, correlate and present statistical data for review and use by an engineer or other parties toward the completion of an assigned project. - Advance English - Requires experience with the following computer programs: Design software including Design Calcs or Compress, MathCAD, Advance Experience using Designing software (solid edge, cathia, solidworks, inventor, etc) and/or 3D CAD-SolidEdge is preferred. MS Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook
