**Your Impact**
In this role at Equivity, you will be a trusted partner to our CEO, ensuring smooth operations while directly supporting our sales initiatives. Your efforts will help optimize client engagement, streamline sales processes, and contribute to the achievement of key business goals.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings, with a focus on prioritizing sales calls, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, reports, and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate travel plans, expenses, and event logistics, particularly for sales events, client visits, and networking opportunities.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Assist with CRM data entry, lead tracking, and document management to support sales pipeline activities.
- Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, with an emphasis on enhancing sales productivity.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a persuasive edge for sales-related interactions.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create compelling sales materials.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and solve problems efficiently.
**What We Offer**:
- ** Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- ** Compensation**: $20,000 to $25,000 MXN per month.
