We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Digital Infrastructure - Unix AWS**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Lead for Puppet, Ansible, Docker, Jenkins and DevOps skills.
- Technical SME for Infrastructure automation and associated technologies
- Responsible for infrastructure automation across regions
- Responsible for navigating across HSBC infrastructure teams and structures, able to communicate with all levels from engineers to management
- Delivery of security enhancements and fixes as required
- AWS, DevOps, SAFe, Scrum certified desirable
- Scripting and DB knowledge desirable
- End to end systems architecture knowledge
- A sound understanding and working knowledge of HSBC processes (change management, ITSA, access management, tooling, data security, etc)
- DevOps principles for efficient delivery
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues
- Infrastructure design and architecture - collaboration with Solution Architect and Lead Developers
- Team Leader capability

Requirements

**Requeriments**
- Experience of delivering enterprise scale infrastructure automation to aggressive timescales and targets
- Planning multiple work streams, delegating and coordinating amongst colleagues
- Reporting to senior stakeholders
- Self-sufficient and demonstrating initiative
- Service-oriented approach to ensuring service is priority
- Automating to increase efficiency and improve quality
- Flexible approach to working (location / availability)
- Overall Experience Required - 8-10+ years
- DevOps and Automation Experience - 3+ years
