Senior Business Systems Analyst, Information Technology - Mexico (remote)

ROLE PURPOSE
Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize the whole company’s productivity and nurture both project and program success from inception to completion.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Understand the business processes and key strategies of the business unit to identify problems and improvements that IT systems and processes can address.
2. Become an advocate for both Enterprise IT services and business unit’s needs, to help Enterprise IT deliver better solutions.
3. Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements.
4. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
5. Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for functional testing.
6. Provide business solutions and support the implementation of solutions through collaboration with Enterprise IT and business unit stakeholders.
7. Demonstrate leadership by managing projects for implemented solutions.
8. Own the responsibility for quality and timely delivery of solutions to the business unit.

**Essential**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or related field, or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience.
3. Exceptional self-leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
4. Strong documentation, process mapping and communication skills, being able to communicate complex technical matters in an easy-to-understand way.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including managing multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders.
7. Ability to develop, articulate, and present detailed business cases for any level audience.
8. Keen attention to detail, strong time management, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
9. Working knowledge of digital enablement of a growing business with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
10. Ability to facilitate and/or challenge decisions within or across teams leading to a collaborative outcome/plan.

**Desirable**:
1. Passion for the digital improvement and optimization of a growing business.
2. Global experience using teammates across the world to deliver projects.
