NOVATECH is looking for an Agile Coach

Novatech is a leading nearshore development company that specializes in providing top-tier software engineering talent to large companies in Latin America and the United States. Our team is looking for an Agile Coach.

As part of this team, you will:

- Act as a Servant-leader or host leader to the team, creating and maintaining the conditions to succeed.
- Coach the team to stay focused on their goals to successfully deliver their commitments.
- Act as a true leader, facilitating communication, empowering teams to choose their way of working, ensuring that the team has the resources that it needs, and removing any impediments to the team in a timely manner.
- Guide the team through choosing and evolving their way of working.
- Facilitate close collaboration across all roles and functions.
- Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive.
- Remove impediments.
- Protect the team from interruptions and external interferences.
- Maintain open, honest communication between everyone involved.
- Promote the team to discuss and think through issues when they are identified.
- Facilitate decision making, but willnot make decisions or mandate internal team activity.
- Ensure that the team keeps their focus on producing a potentially consumable solution.
