Our team is looking for an Agile Coach.As part of this team, you will:- Act as a Servant-leader or host leader to the team, creating and maintaining the conditions to succeed.- Coach the team to stay focused on their goals to successfully deliver their commitments.- Act as a true leader, facilitating communication, empowering teams to choose their way of working, ensuring that the team has the resources that it needs, and removing any impediments to the team in a timely manner.- Guide the team through choosing and evolving their way of working.- Facilitate close collaboration across all roles and functions.- Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive.- Remove impediments.- Protect the team from interruptions and external interferences.- Maintain open, honest communication between everyone involved.- Promote the team to discuss and think through issues when they are identified.- Facilitate decision making, but willnot make decisions or mandate internal team activity.- Ensure that the team keeps their focus on producing a potentially consumable solution.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
