Compliance with IMMEX program
- Compliance of the register in the integral scheme of company certifications, modality IVA y IEPS
- Organization of the foreign trade archive and it’s both physically and electronically
- Fill out and control of country of origin certs
- Load and analysis of the information in the Anexo 24 and 31
- Coordinate and audit compliance in all foreign trade virtual operations
- Keep WIMX in the national importers registry
- Actualization of the power of attorney conferred to the customs brokers
- Formalities with the Mexican government, especially with SE and SAT
- Keep updated in the company ERP all information related with the foreign trade
- Inform timely to the rest of the company if amendment of existing customs law could impact the operation
- Verification of pedimentos, attachments, electronic and digital documents
- Review of the foreign trade operations report emitted by the SAT (DataStage) vs the customs broker reports
- Calculate the corresponding taxes for foreign trade, adjustments, fines and late fees
- Coordinate all Import/export operations (air, sea and ground)
- Negotiation of customs broker services tariffs
- Negotiation of tariffs with freight suppliers
- Designate preferred suppliers for custom services and freights
