Required Technical and Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ year of familiarity and expertise in IT, with a related career in IT as a systems engineer, electronics, and knowledge in programming languages and operating systems.
- Experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist, or Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience working with IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure, which is essential for troubleshooting issues and optimizing automation workflows.
- Ability to automate IT procedures.
- Capability to diagnose issues with automation tools, repair known faults, and escalate as necessary to N2.
- Effective communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members, active listening, and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- The IT landscape is constantly evolving, so a willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changes, and stay updated on industry trends is crucial for long-term success in the role.
- Experience in Automation Tools
- Knowledge in Shell Script, Java, PHP, Python, ELK, XML, JSON, YAML Python
- Knowledge in Linux / Unix / Windows Systems
- Working with agile methodologies

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- **Certifications in ITIL or DevOps**: Having recognized certifications in ITIL or DevOps can demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of best practices in IT service management and automation.
- **Cloud Experience**: Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, which are essential for managing modern infrastructures.
- **Advanced Scripting Skills**: Proficiency in additional scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Perl, which can be useful for automating tasks and managing systems.
