**Position Summary**
The SQE by develop, document and execute supplier Quality plans and procedures as required to continuously improve supplier performance implement incoming inspection controls and qualify new components and suppliers. Investigates, analyzes and corrects problems in quality, production and control at a supplier location by assisting suppliers and subcontractors in meeting BD Juarez quality needs. Ensure compliance with Corporate, ISO, FDA and Local standards requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or equivalent bachelor.
- 3 years of experience in a Supplier Quality or Quality Assurance position.
- Preferable 3 year of experience in medical industry
- Knowledge on International Regulations and Standards ( FDA-CFR, ISO 13485, 9001)
- Experience in supervision and Leading teams
- Ability to communicate in English (oral, written, reading).
- Molding process knowledge is a plus.
- Six sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience on managing projects.
- Applied statistical techniques.
- Supplier audits expertise
- APQP Knowledge and TMV expertise
