**Mexico Managing Director**

**Main Funcions**
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Reporting to parent company management, providing market insights and strategic advice.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Overseeing the company´s business operations, financial performance, and investments.
- Supervising, guiding, and delegating employess in their duties.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
- Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
- Represent the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Develop and mantain professional relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide accounting and reporting function either in house or through outside service.
- Ensure monthly accounting reports are accurate and timely.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, and reports.
- Work closely with outside consultants on audit, tax, and other key business inputs.
- Provide the overall vision of the company in Mexico.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experiencie in running all departments of a business
- **Experiencie in distribution centers is a must**:

- Passport and VISA are requiered

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
