**What will you do?**

Three Key Responsibilities:

- FD pricing oversight, analysis, auditing, and improvement.
- Accounts payable analyst, auditing, and oversight.
- Analyze, publish, and facilitate improvement of business metrics.

The FD Direct Support Analyst position is suited for a self-motivated individual that is interested in shaping the continued growth of the Factory Direct distribution channel by supporting and sustaining the overall pricing process/analytics/reporting to drive market competitiveness and margin expansion. Additional duties include AP process oversight and process improvement, and FD KPI analytic and promulgation.

This position is responsible for pricing analysis, executing price increases, maintaining system data, leading process improvement actions, and reviewing administrative performance.

**How you will do it?**
- Provide system pricing resolution for field teams
- Execute price increases in the systems
- Drive improvements on variance and monitor consistency across pricing actions
- Work with outside sale reps, sales leadership, procurement, and others to maximize share growth and margin expansion
- Develop action plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Act as a business leader in Accounts Payable process
- Help organization improve its structure and efficiency, while reducing costs.
- Assisting with administrative oversight, when required
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other FD KPI’s
- Support additional analysis and reporting activities as needed.
- Other duties and projects as assigned in support of the FD business.

**What we look for?**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, xlookup, macros)
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn beyond role boundaries
- Ability to execute multiple complex requests from others
- Working knowledge of CPQ (e.g. Selection Navigator, Salesforce) and SAP

PREFERENCES:

- A minimum of two years’ work experience in analytical roles (sales, marketing, finance is a plus)
- Strong research and synthesis skills (translate analysis into implications and recommendations)
- Pricing and industry experience strongly preferred
