Project Manager (Obra) – Proyectos de instalaciónBuscamos un(a) Project Manager para coordinar proyectos de instalación (obra) con muchos frentes en paralelo. Este rol asegura que el proyecto se entregue a tiempo, con calidad y con control de cambios , coordinando contratistas, supervisores y áreas internas.Responsabilidades- Planificar y dar seguimiento a obra (hitos, ruta crítica, entregas).Coordinar contratistas y supervisores en campo.Ser el punto principal de comunicación con el cliente durante ejecución.Controlar alcance y cambios (no extras sin autorización).Reporte semanal de estatus (RAG) y cierre del proyecto.Mantener evidencia y documentos del proyecto en SharePoint .Requisitos- 2–5 años como PM en obra/instalaciones (eléctrico/MEP/retail/industrial).Experiencia coordinando contratistas y trabajo multi-sitio.Orden y disciplina para seguimiento, minutas, pendientes, evidencias.Manejo de Excel/Project (o similar).Disponibilidad para visitas a obra.
