Operamos a nivel internacional, con proyectos activos enEspaña, Portugal, México y Latinoamérica, y apostamos porequipos estables y carreras profesionales a largo plazo.Sobre el puestoBuscamos un/aIngeniero/a de Campo HemoCodpara incorporarse a nuestro equipo enCiudad de México, con un perfiltécnico, operativo y orientado a servicio, que participe en la implantación y soporte de nuestros sistemas enMéxico y el resto de países de LATAM.El puesto está enfocado a profesionales que quieran trabajar conproducto propio, en entornos hospitalarios reales, y crecer técnicamente dentro de una compañía especializada en software crítico.Qué harás en tu día a díaImplantación y puesta en marcha de los sistemasHemoCoden hospitales y centros sanitarios.Soporte técnico de campo y remotoa clientes enMéxico y LATAM.Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias funcionales y técnicas (niveles 1 y 2), con escalado cuando aplique.Configuración y validación de hardware asociado (impresoras, lectores, PDA, antenas RFID, etc.).Formación a usuarios clínicos y técnicos.Acompañamiento en pruebas, validaciones y arranques en producción.Colaboración con equipos de desarrollo y soporte avanzado.Elaboración de documentación técnica, informes y registros de incidencias.Cumplimiento de protocolos de calidad, trazabilidad y seguridad propios de entornos sanitarios regulados.Qué buscamosFormación técnica enIngeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónicao similar.Experiencia eningeniería de campo, soporte técnico o implantaciones, preferentemente en entornos hospitalarios o sanitarios.Conocimientos técnicos en:SQL(consultas, análisis de datos, soporte a incidencias),reportingy validación de información,sistemas Windows y entornos cliente-servidor,redes básicas (LAN / WiFi).Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y orientada a la resolución de problemas.Buenas habilidades de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y clínicos.Disponibilidad paraviajar dentro de México y LATAM.Actitud profesional, responsable y orientada al cliente.Se valorará especialmenteConocimiento de estándares de comunicación sanitariaASTM y HL7.Experiencia conMirth Connectu otros motores de integración.Experiencia enbancos de sangre, laboratorios o servicios transfusionales.Conocimientos detrazabilidad, RFID o dispositivos médicos.Interés en evolucionar hacia roles desoporte avanzado (Soporte 3)o especialización técnica en producto.Qué ofrecemosIncorporación a una empresa líder ensoftware crítico para la seguridad del paciente.Proyectos reales en hospitales de referencia enMéxico y LATAM.Estabilidad laboraly desarrollo profesional a largo plazo.Formación continua en el ecosistemaHemoCody procesos clínicos reales.Entorno técnico exigente, colaborativo e internacional.Condiciones económicas acordes a la experiencia y responsabilidad del puesto
