Contract Role: RevOps & GTM Consultant60–90 Day Engagement100% remoteEverBridal is scaling quickly and entering the phase where clear systems matter more than hustle .We're looking for a hands-on RevOps & Go-To-Market consultant to help us design and build a predictable revenue engine — aligning outbound, inbound, sales execution, and data so revenue can scale without constant founder involvement.What You'll Work On You'll have ownership over shaping how revenue flows end-to-end.Clarify our ICP and GTM motion (which venues convert best and why)Build a targeted outbound engine (Clay-based) for venues and bridal shopsImprove inbound performance (lead routing, calendars, follow-up in GHL)Establish a clean RevOps foundation (pipeline, forecasting, core metrics)Enable the sales team with clear call reasons, messaging, and workflowsWhat Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)Clear outbound segmentation and ICP tiersClay workspaces producing clean, call-ready listsPersonalized outreach logic reps can use immediatelyA simplified RevOps structure that supports predictable demos and closesWho You'll Enjoy This Role If You...Like building revenue systems from the ground upEnjoy working closely with founders and sales leadershipAre comfortable owning both strategy and executionHave experience with RevOps, GTM, outbound, and sales enablementKnow Clay well (or similar tooling) and can translate data into real conversationsEngagement Details~ Contract role (not full-time)~60–90 day engagement~ Outcome-focused scopeInterested?Send a loom video to paula@ever-bridal.com with a short note on:Your RevOps / GTM backgroundYour experience building outbound or revenue systemsAny relevant Clay or sales enablement workwhy you are interested in ever bridal or this position
