If you love connecting the dots between media performance, consumer trends, and brand reputation — this role is for you.You will analyze earned and owned media data, build reports, identify meaningful storylines, and help clients make smarter decisions. This is a great opportunity to join a global SaaS leader where insights, curiosity, and analytical rigor define the team's culture.What You'll DoTranslate client needs into clear reporting deliverables, including dashboards, queries, and recurring/ad hoc reports.Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of social listening outputs, news coverage, and owned content performance.Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging narratives across media ecosystems.Build concise, insight‐driven storylines based on KPIs and performance data.Maintain ownership of reporting workflows, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and methodological consistency.Uphold formatting and visual standards across client deliverables (clarity, cohesion, data integrity).Respond to client questions related to data, dashboards, methodology, and report interpretation.Extract data using Meltwater tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to turn complex signals into actionable insights.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and contribute to improving reporting quality and internal processes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Media Studies, Research, Analytics, or related fields.1.5–3 years of relevant professional experience (no internships).Experience in marketing analytics, media insights, social listening, or performance‐oriented roles (pure brand/creative roles do not match this position).Strong analytical and critical‐thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and craft narratives.Excellent writing and communication skills in English — especially for analytical reports.Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint .High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Interest in media, consumer trends, social platforms, and brand reputation.Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with remote/global teams.Eligible to work legally in Mexico.Why work with our client?Work in a global, insights‐driven environment with world‐class tools and methodologies.Learn directly from senior analysts, strategists, and media intelligence experts.Grow in a culture that values curiosity, autonomy, and continuous development.Make a visible impact through the insights you deliver to top brands.If you're passionate about data storytelling and want to grow in the world of media intelligence, we'd love to meet you.Apply
