If you love problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.Note:This role is forindependent contractors, and you'll be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.Your Day-to-Day:Review incoming cases and provide initial evaluationsSupport attorneys with case strategiesKeep case files organized and updatedOffer helpful and clear communication to clientsBe the primary link between clients and attorneysCoordinate with vendors and experts when neededResearch legal topics and assist with document draftingYou're a Great Fit If You Have:At least 1 year of legal assistant experienceKnowledge of legal processes and terminologyStrong communication and people skillsThe ability to juggle multiple tasksExperience working on a team and independentlySkills in Microsoft Office and relevant softwarePerks & Benefits:~ Paid every 1st and 15th of the month~40-hour workweek~ Remote, long-term work with room to grow~ Raise after 6 months~ Monthly internet reimbursement~ Insurance subsidy after 6 months~ Attendance and performance bonuses
