Role : Project ManagerLocation : CDMX ( onsite )Years of Experience : 6+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and resources for the new digital banking product.Define and maintain project plans and status reporting with clear, concise communication to stakeholders and executives.Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Security, Operations and vendor partners to deliver compliant, high-quality commercial banking solutions.Manage dependencies, identify risks and issues early, drive mitigations, and escalate appropriately.Track KPIs and benefits realization to ensure business value is captured post-launch, including adoption, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Partner with Product Owner and Scrum Master to integrate Agile delivery and sprint ceremonies with business objectives and timelines.Ensure compliance with organizational standards including budgeting, procurement, vendor management, banking regulations, privacy, and information security policies relevant to commercial banking and digital channels.Oversee and manage end-to-end project deliverables, funding, project meetings and ensures product tollgates (requirements, design, build, UAT, product approvals0, post-launch review) are met.Support go-to-market activities for new product launches, including client communications, training, and enablement for commercial banking teams.
