**Main function**:- The Technical Project Coordinator enhances the team’s effectiveness by supporting the team to accomplishestablished goals by providing the following support: meeting schedule, coordination and management ofproject activity calls; manage, amend, organize documents for status updates (including SmartSheet, ExcelWorkbooks, etc.), Create long and short terms plans to ensure projects stay on task and meet key milestones.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- 3+ years' experience managing ERP software implementations- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to consistently set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale among teammembers- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills- Familiarity working with remote teams and customers- Track record of creating and then executing long, detailed project plans- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC, data migration, system integrations, and testing)- Experience in Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies- Ability to identify resource requirements and manage team schedules across multiple projects in differentphases of execution- Ability to travel average 15% of the time. Travel between office locations may be required on occasion.- Experience with Smartsheet a plus- English proficiency- US BCC Visa**Responsibilities**:- Understands and utilizes the standard project management framework to manage a project from inceptionthrough execution.- Partners with members from IT and the business functions to understand critical priorities and associatedinterdependencies, confirms scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (peopleand budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.- Develops, executes and delivers project plans agreed upon with stakeholders- This includes the full implementation, migration, interfaces, data, reporting all of this on the functional andtechnical sides- Schedules work within the time, budget and quality constraints; documents assumptions and risks- Defines project requirements and continuously monitors that the solution delivers the agreed upon scope- Monitors and controls critical project dependencies preventing these dependencies from becoming issues- Communicates status and escalates as needed- Manages stakeholder involvement and commitment- Manages compliance to standards and procedures- Ensures proper unit and systems integration and user acceptance testing is completed with the requireddocumentation and the appropriate point in the life cycle- Responsible for developing and maintaining PMO best practices, methodologies, templates, processes, andpoliciesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuantos años tienes de experiência como coordinador de proyectos?- ¿Tienes experiência en el manejo de ERP?- ¿Cuentas con visa laser vigente?Idioma:- Ingles 75% (Obligatorio)
