Contract Length3 months (with potential to extend based on performance and client needs)LocationRemoteAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Email & Outbound Marketing Specialist to support client and internal initiatives using HubSpot. This is a contract role focused on execution excellence—building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns that support demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.You'll work closely with our internal strategy team to translate campaign plans into high-performing email programs, while also collaborating directly with clients to ensure alignment, accuracy, and results.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning email execution end-to-end and understands how email fits into a broader B2B marketing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign ExecutionBuild, launch, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including:Nurture sequencesOne-off campaignsNewslettersEvent and webinar promotionsImplement emails based on strategic briefs, timelines, and campaign goalsEnsure emails follow best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and performanceHubSpot ManagementManage lists, segmentation, and workflows in HubSpotQA emails, links, personalization tokens, and automation before launchSupport lead lifecycle stages and handoffs aligned with campaign strategyMaintain clean, organized assets and documentation within HubSpotCollaboration & Client SupportPartner with internal strategists to execute campaign plans accuratelyWork directly with clients to:Review drafts and approvalsIncorporate feedbackEnsure brand voice and messaging alignmentCommunicate clearly on timelines, dependencies, and campaign statusOptimization & ReportingMonitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, engagement)Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAsShare insights and recommendations to improve future campaignsSupport ongoing optimization of nurture flows and email programsRequired Qualifications2–4+ years of hands-on email marketing experienceStrong experience using HubSpot Marketing HubProven experience executing B2B email campaignsSolid understanding of:Email best practicesList segmentationPersonalization and dynamic contentBasic deliverability principlesStrong attention to detail and QA disciplineAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working with both internal teams and external clientsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with B2B SaaS or professional services clientsFamiliarity with lead nurturing and lifecycle marketingBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editingExperience supporting demand generation or ABM programsReporting and insights experience beyond surface-level metricsWhat Success Looks Like in 90 DaysCampaigns launched on time with minimal revisionsClean, reliable HubSpot execution with strong QA standardsClear communication with strategists and clientsMeasurable improvements in engagement and performanceReduced friction between strategy and executionWhy Work With UsWork with a collaborative, strategy-led marketing teamExposure to a variety of B2B clients and use casesClear scope, expectations, and ownershipOpportunity to extend beyond the initial contract based on fit and performance
