S. and Lat Am.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies.Prepare Quality of Earnings (Qo E) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies.Lead client meetings and support executive discussions.Collaborate with teams in Mexico, U. S., and Lat Am to deliver cross-border projects.Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation.Supervise and mentor junior team members.Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.Stay current on M&A trends and best practices.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.5+ years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting).Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.English Proficient.Experience working with U.
