We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Assistant / Specialist to support our media and communications efforts across Mexico and LATAM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Local PR/Media Manager and regional teams to drive press activities, manage media relationships, support product launches, and strengthen overall brand visibility.ResponsibilitiesSupport media relations with tech/lifestyle outlets, journalists, KOLs, and content creatorsCoordinate press outreach, follow-ups, and maintain updated media listsDraft, edit, and proofread press materials (press releases, media alerts, Q&A)Manage product seeding, sample distribution, and device trackingAssist in planning and executing product launches and influencer campaignsCoordinate event logistics: invitations, guest lists, venue support, check-in, and onsite executionMonitor media coverage, track industry trends, and prepare PR performance reportsWork with regional teams to localize content and ensure timely influencer deliverablesRequirements1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or related fieldsExperience in consumer electronics, mobile devices, lifestyle brands, or tech (highly preferred)Strong understanding of Mexico's media landscape (tech, lifestyle, digital, KOLs)Languages Required/Desired: Spanish & EnglishExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with media monitoring tools and major social platformsExperience with Chinese brands, basic Photoshop/Canva skills, passion for technology is a plus
