Having successfully built a strong presence online, we are now expanding into the offline retail space across major economies in Western Europe.We are hiring a Content & Market Operations Associate to support our growth inMexico/Colombia/ArgentinaThis role combinescontent localization, channel development, and market-level operational support, ensuring regional strategies are executed with strong local relevance and speed.The associate will bring Spanish language expertise and deep understanding of Mexican culture, while acting as a key local partner for regional teams—supporting execution, coordinating with local stakeholders, and providing real-time market insights.Content & LocalizationCreate and localize marketing content for Mexico acrossMeta, Google, Whats App, and other relevant channels.Adapt and review messaging to ensure cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy (Mexican Spanish), and brand consistency.Support thesetup and foundation of Tik Tokas a priority channel for the Mexican market, including content testing, trend adaptation, and early growth initiatives.SupportMexico-specific operational needs, especially as local and ground operations are established.Coordinate with regional and central teams within LATAM and global time zones to ensure timely execution.Local Market InsightsAct as the primary local point of contact for Mexico.Provide insights into Mexican consumer behavior, cultural trends, platform usage, and competitive landscape.Share feedback to help optimize regional campaigns for the Mexican market.roficiency inSpanish (Mexico) ; English proficiency preferred.Strong understanding of Mexican culture, digital behaviors, and social media trends.1 -5 Years experience in content localization, digital marketing, social media, or market operations.Hands-on familiarity withMeta, Google Ads, Whats App, andTik Tok
