To learn more, please see.Job SummaryOperations Analyst is responsible for ensure efficiency and timely delivery, as well as optimize logistics processes to improve profitability.What You'll Do Here:- Plan and coordinate transportation and product distribution.Supervise and control inventory and flow of goods.Perform analysis and tracking of key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).Identify and resolve supply chain-related issues.Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure efficient flow of goods.Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and activities.Participate in continuous improvement of logistics processes.Provide regular reports and analysis on logistics performance.Skills You Will Need Here:- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and a confirmed, successful track record in a prior position.Proven knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.Proficiency in logistics tools and software such as SAP, WMS, TMS, etc.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with other departments.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Previous experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar roleHighly flexible and adaptable to change.High energy and good communication skills both written and verbal.Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications.Cengage Group Latin America is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a workplace culture of inclusiveness that reflects our country and our customers.
