You'll work hand in hand with your global peers to align processes, raise service quality, and deliver consistent, high-quality results across all regions. This is a leadership role with regional ownership and global collaboration at its core.This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to be fully remote.Operational Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all presentation design work in your region, ensuring operational excellence through streamlined processes, optimal resource allocation, and effective project coordination.Global Collaboration: Actively partner with regional counterparts and the global operations team to align on ways of working, service standards, and strategic priorities.Drive adoption of shared processes and tools across the region to ensure consistent service delivery and global output quality.Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and team performance, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.Team Enablement: Directly manage the regional team leads within the presentation studio, providing guidance, support, and clear expectations. Ensure they are set up for success in leading their teams by driving accountability, coaching on performance, and facilitating collaboration across regions.
