Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion.HCL is looking for a Monitoring Specialist/ Command CenterEnsuring Operational Excellence Through Real-Time Monitoring and Incident Management.Working Model: 100% Onsite, 2 days off per week, rotational shift, 24/7 operation.Required English Proficiency Level: C1, please share your resume in EnglishLocation:ZapopanPosition OverviewThe Command Center/Monitoring Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and reliability of enterprise operations. This position is responsible for proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and effective communication across teams to ensure uninterrupted business functions. The specialist will use advanced monitoring tools (Eg: Solarwinds, Cloud Watch, etc.) and protocols to detect, diagnose, and escalate issues as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Cloud watch, etc.).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with ITIL or other incident management frameworks is a plusKey Responsibilities:Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical systems, applications, and infrastructure using specialized tools and dashboards to identify anomalies, outages, or performance degradations.Incident Detection and Response: Act promptly to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage, documenting findings, and escalating issues to appropriate technical teams for resolution.Communication & Coordination: Serve as the communication hub during operational incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.Documentation & Reporting: Generate regular reports on system health, incident trends, and key metrics for management review.Tool and Process Optimization: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring tools, alerting mechanisms, and incident management workflows.Compliance & Security: Adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security protocols during monitoring and incident response activities.What we offer:Life insuranceMajor Medical Expenses Insurance (extends to spouse and children under 25 years of age, if applicable).Minor Medical Expense Insurance.Savings Fund 13% (up to MXN $4,400 monthly)Food vouchers 10% (up to MXN $3,400 monthly)30 days bonus12 days of vacation in the first year, increasing by 2 as dictated by law.
