Job Opportunity: Lead Generator Specialist (Self-Storage Business)Role Type: Remote | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) Compensation: $5.25 USD/hour + Significant Performance BonusesAbout Us:Parkland Holdings is a U.S.-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing self-storage facilities nationwide. We specialize in off-market acquisitions and pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and efficient systems.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly articulate and strategic communicator to serve as the critical first point of contact for our real estate acquisitions team.This is not a high-volume "dialer" role. Instead, this is a strategic position focused on building genuine rapport and identifying high-quality opportunities. You will be responsible for connecting with several property owners per day, understanding their unique situations through empathetic conversation, and feeding our acquisitions funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Research: Perform quick qualitative research on potential leads using our CRM before initiating outreach.Relationship Building: Focus on establishing initial rapport and trust rather than delivering a high-pressure pitch.Lead Qualification: Ask intelligent, probing questions to uncover motivations, timelines, and pain points, while confidently disqualifying poor-fit leads to save time.Must-Have:Language Skills: Fluent/Perfect English with a neutral accent and a rich vocabulary (spoken and written).Experience: Previous experience in Call Centers, BPOs, or customer serviceSoft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and self-motivation to work remotely.Preferable to have:Basic understanding of Real Estate or Finance.Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT and Gemini)What we offer:Career Growth: Strong path for professional development with projected upward mobility in the mid-term.Training: Full training and ongoing support provided.Probation: 1 day + 1 month (Paid time).Bonus Structure:Deals: $180 per deal under contract + $200 per closed deal.How to Apply?To ensure you are a good fit for this strategic role, please follow these steps exactly:Send your Resume (Max 2 pages) to: jmendoza.parkland@gmail.com.Include a Short Audio Recording (Max 7 minutes) covering the following points:Introduce yourself.Share your favorite hobby.Good luck
