In this role, you will ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operational functions while aligning with company goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader with a proven ability to streamline processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily operations to ensure consistent execution of key processesDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiencyCollaborate with department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to support business objectivesAnalyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savingsLead strategic initiatives such as process automation and system upgradesManage resource allocation for operational activitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standardsDrive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field5+ years of experience in operations leadership or management.Strong understanding of operational systems, KPIs, and process optimizationPrevious experience in a Contact Center (minimum 6 months).Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projectsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsEnglish proficiency
