Demand is not our constraint — execution quality is.We are hiring a Client Operations & Delivery Lead to own client delivery, operational execution, and quality control across our client portfolio.This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for ensuring that campaigns, creative, tracking, reporting, and timelines are executed at a consistently high standard. While this role does not require day-to-day media buying, it does require a strong understanding of performance marketing workflows and the judgment to know what "good" looks like.This is not an entry-level role and not a traditional project manager position.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack and emailOperations & Delivery ManagementOwn task creation, prioritization, and delivery in Click UpBalance proactive planning with ad hoc client requestsQuality Control & Execution OversightIdentify and flag risks related to messaging, tracking, pacing, or execution qualityCreate, test, and connect forms and workflows in Hub SpotWork across Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Click Up, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and NotionThis role is not a junior project management positionStrong understanding of paid media workflows (Google, Meta, Linked In)~ Experience helping scale an agency or services business is a strong plus~ Near-native English fluency (written and spoken)
