S.Role Overview:We're looking for aNon-Profit Partnership Managerto buildtrust-based relationshipswith churches, parishes, and religious organizations.In this role, you'll empower faith leaders to confidently recommend Tending to families in need of memorial care.This is arelationship-driven, purpose-led positionwhere your work directly impacts thousands of communities.Key Responsibilities:Outreach to churches, parishes, and religious institutionsPresenting our mission, values, and memorial care servicesBuilding and negotiating referral partnershipsManaging long-term communication and follow-upsPreparing outreach materials (emails, scripts, brochures, one-pagers)Maintaining an organized CRM with partners and decision-makersTracking outreach activity, referrals, and partnership performanceWho We're Looking For:1–3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, nonprofit or ministry relationsHands-on experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)Metrics-oriented mindset (tracking outreach, conversions, growth)Strong communication skills with clergy, pastors, parish administrators, and nonprofit leadersWarm, trustworthy, and persuasive communication styleProactive and self-driven — able to build a pipeline from scratchFamiliarity with U. S. religious structures (Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, etc.)Existing connections within religious communities are a strong plusWhat We Offer:Base salary$1,500–$3,000(depending on experience)Commission per signed partnership & referralFully remoteFull-time or contract-based engagementWhy This Role Matters:Churches are pillars oftradition, compassion, and community trust.By earning their confidence, we create a referral network built on faith, continuity, and care.You will become thecornerstone of this strategic channel, helping families honor memory with dignity — not just today, but for generations to come.
