Our mission is to combine compassion, craftsmanship, and modern service delivery — and today we are ready to build long-term partnerships with faith-based communities across the U.S. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Non-Profit Partnership Manager to build trust-based relationships with churches, parishes, and religious organizations. In this role, you’ll empower faith leaders to confidently recommend Tending to families in need of memorial care. This is a relationship-driven, purpose-led position where your work directly impacts thousands of communities. Key Responsibilities: • Outreach to churches, parishes, and religious institutions • Presenting our mission, values, and memorial care services • Building and negotiating referral partnerships • Managing long-term communication and follow-ups • Preparing outreach materials (emails, scripts, brochures, one-pagers) • Maintaining an organized CRM with partners and decision-makers • Tracking outreach activity, referrals, and partnership performance Who We’re Looking For: ✔️ 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, nonprofit or ministry relations ✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) ✔️ Metrics-oriented mindset (tracking outreach, conversions, growth) ✔️ Strong communication skills with clergy, pastors, parish administrators, and nonprofit leaders ✔️ Warm, trustworthy, and persuasive communication style ✔️ Proactive and self-driven — able to build a pipeline from scratch ✔️ Familiarity with U.S. religious structures (Catholic, Protestant, Baptist, etc.) ➕ Existing connections within religious communities are a strong plus What We Offer: Base salary $1,500–$3,000 (depending on experience) Commission per signed partnership & referral Fully remote Full-time or contract-based engagement Why This Role Matters: Churches are pillars of tradition, compassion, and community trust .
