**_This position will report to the HR & Recruitment Manager and is responsible for the recruitment efforts for various positions. _****_The Recruitment Specialist will be a multi-tasker, effective project manager, and work within set deadlines._****_In essence, this position will be responsible, along the rest of the recruitment team, for recruiting for all operational and executive level positions; this position will also be accountable for assisting in updating recruitment metrics and will assist in developing and implementing the recruitment and talent strategies that support the short and long-term business needs and objectives._****Essential Responsibilities**:- Post open roles across all active platforms and screening resumes.- Assist in tracking and reporting multiple job portals. (Facebook, Craigslist, Talenteca etc.)- Stay up to date on all company policies.- Serve as a liaison with current employees for HR activities.- Cover Front desk when needed.- Judging applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics- Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewingOn site position1 year of experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoHorario:- Turno matutinoExperiência:- Bilingual recruiter: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
