What You'll DoEnter and update client rate data in our system Work closely with sales and account teams to ensure accuracy Maintain Excel reports and track key performance indicators Generate internal reports to highlight needed updates or changesHelp troubleshoot billing or cost discrepanciesSupport different departments by explaining how our system connects to billingKeep each account's billing SOP up to dateAudit accounts regularly to ensure consistency across platformsCollaborate with teams to resolve special cases or exceptions ScheduleMonday–Friday | 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (GDL Time) Hybrid model (office + remote) What You BringExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Associate's degree preferred1–3 years of experience in data entry, sales support, operations, customer service, or any analytical/administrative roleStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn logistics industry basics(If you have some experience working with data, reporting, or supporting teams, this role is for you — even if you've never worked in freight forwarding) Benefits After 90 DaysFull health insurance premium (medical & dental)Vacation, personal, and floating daysAnnual performance review + potential salary adjustmentEnd-of-year bonus About OEC GroupFounded in 1981, OEC Group is one of the leading NVOCC freight forwarders offering global logistics solutions — from ocean & air freight to warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, and more.We're growing fast and looking for team players who want to grow with us OEC Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #LI-Hybrid
