Capital Markets Executive – Delivery Lead (Hybrid Mexico City) We are looking for a

Capital Markets Executive

with over 10 years of experience to join a global consulting firm, leading high-impact transformation initiatives for major financial institutions.

This role focuses on driving end-to-end transformation across capital markets operations, combining strategic advisory, delivery leadership, and deep functional expertise in financial markets and core platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process reengineering, and vendor implementation

Provide strategic advisory through complex analysis such as Gap Analysis, Business Case development, and RFP/RFI processes

Act as Subject Matter Expert across asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives

Manage senior stakeholders (Head of Trading, COO, Operations Leads) and coordinate with technology vendors

Support business development initiatives, including proposal creation and opportunity identification

Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development

Technical Skills Required:

Strong understanding of

Front-to-Back capital markets processes

Proven experience implementing core platforms such as:

Calypso

Murex

Aladdin

or similar

Knowledge of market infrastructure:

SWIFT

CCPs

CSDs (Indeval, Iberclear, etc.)

Strong analytical capabilities and experience building executive-level presentations

Qualifications:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in consulting or transformation roles within investment banking or asset management

Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)

English level: C1–C2 (advanced/negotiation level)

Location & Schedule: Hybrid – Polanco, Mexico City Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
