Part-Time · Performance-Driven · Daily AccountabilityWe're hiring a Senior Media Buyer who knows how to scale results, not just launch campaigns.This is a part-time role with daily meetings, daily revisions, and daily performance reporting. We move fast, track everything, and optimize based on data—not opinions.You'll manage Meta & Google Ads accounts, working closely with funnels, CRM, tracking, and automations to ensure every lead is properly tracked, optimized, and monetized.What You'll Be Responsible ForManaging and scaling Meta & Google Ads campaignsInstalling and validating pixels, conversion events, and trackingWorking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Looker StudioEnsuring proper connection between ads → funnels → CRM → pipelinesSupporting or configuring automations, follow-ups, and attributionMonitoring and optimizing based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and lead qualityAdapting quickly to platform changes, including Meta's Andromeda updatesProviding daily performance updates and clear next-step recommendationsFollowing LPYD's agency systems, best practices, and daily operating guidelinesCompleting daily required actions, reviews, and optimizations as part of our processThis Role Is For Someone WhoThinks in KPIs, numbers, and outcomesUnderstands how creative, funnels, CRM, and tracking impact performanceCan execute within structured systems and proven frameworksIs comfortable owning results and being accountable every dayCommunicates perfectly in English (written & spoken)Thrives in high-standard, fast-paced, performance environmentsRequirements (Non-Negotiable)Proven experience running Meta & Google AdsHands-on experience with pixel & conversion event setupExperience using Google Tag ManagerAbility to build or read Looker Studio dashboardsExperience connecting funnels, pipelines, and automations to adsWillingness to follow agency best practices, guidelines, and daily workflowsComfortable with daily meetings and daily reporting in EnglishWhat We Offer$150 USD per month per account when managing Google & Meta$100 USD per month per account when managing one platform only25% performance bonus when KPIs are metOpportunity to manage and scale multiple accountsClear expectations, direct feedback, and real growth opportunitiesA performance-driven environment where systems + execution = resultsIf you're used to high standards, structured systems, and daily accountability, this role is for you.
