Position Title:Packaging & Mold Development EngineerLocation:MexicoCategory:Consumer Products.Job Type :6 months, possibility of extension(Full-time, Onsite)Work Status :Candidates who are native & local and do not require work visa to be sponsored are preferred.Job Description:Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.Mold development, Injection molding, blow molding.Expect to conduct the qualification of the pkg components.Conducting dimensional analysis of pkg as well as plant trials , lab testing's and scale ups at their production plants.Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelvesWork with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and conceptsRepresent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savingsConduct line trialsConduct lab testingDevelop packaging specificationsCandidate RequirementsGraduate in Engineering or Packaging or related field.Experience in Packaging & Mold development for CPG, Consumer products or related industries.Good communication skills both oral and written in English & Spanish.
