Operamos en México, Colombia, Brasil, España, Italia y Portugal, con un equipoglobal de +1,800 personas.Propósito del rolSerás responsable de desarrollar y consolidar la función de People Analytics en Bravo, actuandocomo referente analítico para el área de Talento.Tu misión será transformar datos de personas en insights sólidos y accionables que habilitendecisiones estratégicas a nivel global, con alto grado de autonomía y ownership.Lo que harásDiseñar, construir y mantener métricas, dashboards y modelos analíticos a nivel global.Analizar datos clave de talento como rotación, productividad, desempeño y compensación.Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos de personas en todas las geografías.Traducir análisis complejos en insights claros para líderes y stakeholders senior.Dar soporte analítico a iniciativas estratégicas del negocio.Automatizar reportes y procesos analíticos.Colaborar estrechamente con People Strategy y líderes del negocio para responder preguntas estratégicas con datos.Proponer hipótesis, recomendaciones y líneas de análisis de forma proactiva.Lo que buscamos:Experiencia previa en análisis estratégico, People Analytics, Data Analytics o roles similares (al menos 3–5 años).Dominio avanzado de Excel / Sheets, SQL y herramientas de visualización como Looker Studio, Power BI o Tableau.Capacidad de traducir datos complejos en narrativas claras, visuales y accionables.Perfil altamente analítico, crítico y orientado a impacto.Excelente comunicación y habilidades de storytelling.Autonomía, ownership y criterio para priorizar y tomar decisiones analíticas.DeseableExperiencia en entornos multiculturales o empresas con footprint internacional.Inglés intermedio-avanzado.¿Por qué Bravo?Rol de alto impacto con visibilidad con la Junta Directiva.Equipo de alto desempeño, con mentalidad de crecimiento y liderazgo.Cultura honesta, humana y basada en la confianza.Oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional, tanto local como internacional.
