Role encompasses both Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Over the Counter (OTC) products DSG provides a broad range of data management services to a wide ranging group of internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, DSG provides system access and configuration for a number of bespoke Clearing Systems (Futures Direct and DCS Client portals)An extensive skill set encompassing product; systems knowledge; operational risk experience is required. The role requires the role holder to be conversant with upstream and downstream data flows and understand the inter-system dependencies to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting; meet tight client and product on-boarding timelines; ensure accurate maintenance of fees and commission schedules; to provide a point of liaison between operations and front office teams for query management. Strong communication skills are required as well as being agile and responsive at all times. Accuracy of process is critical as data errors have regulatory, financial and reputational risk.Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Execution & verification of set up of new Client On-boarding data in core and subsidiary systemsExecution & verification of instrument Data set up and related system configuration globallyExecution & verification of Commission, Fee set up and management for all regionsUnderstanding and executing position and transaction reporting requirements of Regulators and Exchanges and applying in data set up and related system configuration and issue resolutionExecution & verification of the maintenance of Client Post Trade portals – user enablement and permissions &client information distribution configurationExecution & verification of the maintenance of risk based data – such as margin, pricing data and interestExecution & verification of the general configuration and data mapping to facilitate trade and processing flows in core systemsOwnership, delivery and Input in to Change management programmeDelivering best practice andstandardised flows to key stakeholders and users of the funcions managed within the teamQualificationsAbility to manage a diverse book of work from multiple stakeholders and locationsStrong controls awareness and ability to escalateStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a team, manage multiple requests and prioritise accordinglyAbility to balance RTB responsibilities with involvement & contributions towards key strategic, tactical & mandatory initiativesIndustry experience, including ETD and/or OTC product, process and regulatory knowledge.Experience of using any of the industry wide vendor based systems.• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and proven ability to meet challenging deadlinesAbility to exercise discretion, work independently within broad guidelines, tactfully handle sensitive and confidential data and complete assignments on timely basis
