We're Hiring Customer Support Representative (Remote – Mexico) Do you enjoy helping people, owning problems end-to-end, and having real-time conversations that truly make an impact? This role might be for you Location: Remote (Mexico) Language: Excellent / Fluent English About the RoleWe're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative who thrives in live conversations and takes full ownership of customer outcomes. This is a high-touch, phone-first role. About 80% of your day will be spent on calls, supporting customers, clarifying situations, and ensuring issues move forward with confidence and professionalism. This is not a technical role. Success comes from strong communication skills, good judgment, proactive follow-up, and emotional intelligence, especially when information may be incomplete or processes are still evolving.
