This role is intentionally broad and may spandispatch, logistics, restaurant coordination, order accuracy, and process execution, depending on business needs.You'll sit at the center of our day-to-day operations — ensuring things run smoothly, problems are solved quickly, and standards stay high. This is not a passive role. We're looking for people who take ownership, anticipate issues, and operate with a strong sense of accountability.This role is ideal for someone who has worked inhigh-performance, structured environmentsand wants to apply that rigor in a fast-growing startup.What You'll DoOperational ExecutionManage daily operational workflows across logistics, dispatch, and/or restaurant coordination.Review and audit orders, routes, and assignments to ensure accuracy and coverage.Ensure all operational tasks are completed on time and to standard.Live Operations & Issue ResolutionMonitor live operations and respond quickly to issues as they arise.Reassign resources, escalate risks, and make real-time decisions to keep service levels high.Maintain calm, clear execution during high-volume or high-pressure moments.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with drivers, restaurant partners, account management, and internal ops leads.Communicate clearly when issues arise and follow through until resolution.Flag recurring problems and suggest improvements.Reporting & Process ImprovementComplete daily reporting and operational summaries.Track KPIs related to execution, accuracy, and efficiency.Identify gaps in processes and proactively propose solutions.Who You AreStrong Operational Background2–4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, finance operations, or similar execution-heavy roles.Experience instructured, high-performance environmentsis strongly preferred (e.g., consulting firms, Big 4, investment banks, global tech companies, or well-known startups).High StandardsDetail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.You notice when something is off and act on it.Ownership MentalityYou don't wait for instructions — you take responsibility and follow through.You're comfortable being accountable for outcomes.Calm & AnalyticalAble to prioritize quickly and make decisions with incomplete information.Comfortable operating under pressure.Tech-SavvyStrong with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.Comfortable learning new systems quickly.Flexible & ReliableWilling to adjust hours when operations require coverage (including evenings or weekends if needed).Shows up consistently and follows through.CompensationMonthly compensation: $800–$1,000 USD, depending on experience and background.We are intentionally selective for this role and prioritizequality, judgment, and execution abilityover volume.Why Join Club FeastHigh-impact role with real ownership.Remote-first team with autonomy and trust.Opportunity to grow into more senior operational responsibilities.Work alongside operators from top-tier backgrounds.Be part of a company scaling quickly in a space that directly impacts people every day.
