We're Hiring: Manager of Business Development – LATAMLocation: Remote (based in LATAM)Schedule: Monday to Friday• We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Manager of Business Development with exclusive experience in K–12 schools or similar educational institutions to lead growth across Latin America. You will drive new business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our presence in the region. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with hands-on execution, requiring a strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of the K–12 education ecosystem.Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in LATAM by analyzing market trends, partner needs, and competitive dynamicsOversee and coach the regional team, ensuring performance and alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual sales targetsMaintain CRM accuracy for pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingVisit partner schools and regional stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and program successBachelor's degree10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related rolesNative or fluent English and professional fluency in SpanishProven leadership and team management experience in cross-functional, remote environmentsProficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales forecastingAbility to manage budgets and report effectively to executive leadershipCRM systems (Salesforce or similar)• Microsoft Office Suite• Project/task management tools
