We help independent hotels and hotel management companies automate guest communications across phone, SMS, chat, and email while improving operational efficiency, service consistency, and revenue performance.Our platform is already in use across premium hospitality brands, and we are now scaling distribution to independent hotels and multi-property management groups.Role OverviewWe are seeking aBusiness DevelopmentRepresentative to own outbound and early inbound GTM efforts focused on:Independent hotels (50+ rooms)Boutique and lifestyle propertiesHotel management companies and operatorsTourism / Activity / Event OperatorsMexico Regional TerritoryThis is ahands-on revenue roleresponsible for sourcing, qualifying, pitching, andclosing subscription agreementsin the $10k/year range. The ideal candidate has established relationships with property management companies.This role is designed for someone who canstart closing quickly, operate independently, and speak credibly with hotel General Managers and senior operators.Target BuyersYou will sell directly to:General Managers (independent hotels)Directors of Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or OperationsOwnership groups and management company leadershipCore ResponsibilitiesPipeline & ProspectingSource and qualify outbound leads across independent hotels and management companiesBuild a consistent pipeline of qualified decision-makersUse structured CRM hygiene to track outreach, objections, deal stage, and close probabilitySales ExecutionRun discovery and product demos independentlyPosition First Wave AI as an all-in-one communications platform, not point solutionsClose monthly and annual contracts $10k/year rangeHandle pricing, contract review, and signature with minimal oversightRevenue OwnershipOwn deals end-to-end from first contact to signed agreementPrioritize speed-to-close over long enterprise cyclesFocus on volume and repeatability across propertiesMarket FeedbackSurface objections, pricing friction, feature requests, and competitive intelligenceProvide structured feedback to product and leadership weeklyOperational DisciplineMaintain accurate CRM recordsReport weekly on pipeline, closed ARR, and forecastCoordinate clean handoff to onboarding once contracts are signedSuccess Metrics (First 90–180 Days)First signed customers within 30–45 daysConsistent close rate on $10k/year dealsPredictable outbound motion to hotel GMs and operatorsGrowing monthly recurring revenue from net-new propertiesIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience2-5+ years in B2 B Saa S sales, hospitality tech, or vertical Saa SPrior experience selling to hotels, real estate, property management, or services-driven SMBs strongly preferredDemonstrated success closing $10k/year deals without heavy sales engineering supportSkill SetComfortable speaking with senior operators and GMsStrong discovery and objection handlingAble to run tight, efficient demosSelf-directed and execution-orientedComfortable working as an independent contractor in an early-stage environmentMindsetBuilder mentality.
