Apply Field Services Engineer Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related fields Strong experience with: Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Exposure to:Network and infrastructure environments (nice to have), Printers and peripheral devices, IT infrastructure support Experience supporting manufacturing sites is highly desirable. Fluent english (must) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide onsite customer service and technical support to final users and key stakeholders. Operate in a Field Services environment, supporting local plant operations. Handle difficult or high-demand customers with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset. Manage and track incidents and requests through ticketing systems. Plan and manage daily agendas, follow up on open issues, track progress, and proactively update stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and activation of necessary actions. Support end-user devices and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. What's in for you?
