SMM & Content ManagerAbout Go OfferGo Offer is an EdTech company that helps IT professionals from various countries enter the US and European job markets.We have created an ecosystem that includes:AI-powered GoOffer Hub platform for job matching and interview preparationCareer programs and personal mentorshipAutomated tools for large-scale job searchingAbout the PositionWe are looking for a SMM & Content Manager who will become the voice of Go Offer in the digital space and systematically build our social media presence.You will create content strategy, extract expertise from the team, package client success stories, and build a community around our brand.Your Areas of ResponsibilityTelegram (main platform) Content strategy and planning:Development and maintenance of content calendarDefining topics, formats, and publication frequencyBalance between educational and sales contentInformation gathering and content creation:Proactive information gathering from team experts (mentors, coordinators, CEO)Conducting interviews with clients for case studiesPackaging success stories into long-form posts and articlesCreating educational content about careers, job search, and interviewsPublications and engagement:Daily posts (5-7 posts/week)Working with comments and feedbackMonitoring reactions and adjusting strategyAdvertising integrations:Finding and purchasing ads in relevant Telegram channelsNegotiating with channel ownersTracking placement effectivenessLinkedIn Cross-posting and adaptation:Adapting content from Telegram for LinkedIn (different tone of voice)Publishing articles and posts on behalf of company and CEOTranslating content to English (with AI assistance + editing)InstagramSupport and ideas:Generating ideas for Stories and ReelsPartial content assistanceCoordinating with designer (if creatives needed)Community ManagementCommunity engagement strategy:Developing approaches to audience interactionWorking with client reviews and case studiesModerating discussionsLong-form content and partnershipsCreating in-depth content:Writing long-form articles for Telegram, blog, MediumClient case studies (from interview to publication)Expert articles based on team experiencePartnerships:Finding opportunities for guest publicationsCollaborations with other career/EdTech communitiesOrganizing joint activitiesRequirementsMust have:Experience in SMM and content marketing Managing Telegram channels (preferably in EdTech/career niche)Experience working with LinkedInAbility to create different content formats (posts, long-form, case studies)Proactivity and "journalistic" approachAbility to extract information from people (interviews, briefings)Don't wait for content to be given to you — go and gather it yourselfKnow how to ask the right questions to expertsExcellent writing skills (copywriting)Lively, engaging style (not AI-generated dryness)Ability to package client stories emotionallyAdapting tone of voice for different platformsSystematic and organizedAbility to maintain content calendarCapability to work with multiple platforms simultaneouslyDiscipline in meeting deadlinesNice to have: Experience in EdTech or career projects Knowledge of SMM automation (AI tools, schedulers, chatbots) Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for creating simple creatives Experience purchasing ads in Telegram Experience with partnerships and collaborations
