In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and security of our cloud infrastructure. You will perform advanced technical tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.● Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on cloud equipment, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.● Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, leveraging diagnostic tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.● Monitor system performance using DCIM tools and respond promptly to alerts, ensuring minimal disruption to services.● Implement and adhere to policies and procedures, including change management, incident management, and security protocols.● Participate in cloud operation projects, such as equipment installations, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring they are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.● Support capacity planning by tracking resource utilization.● Document all activities thoroughly and accurately, maintaining clear and up-to-date records in compliance with audit requirements.● Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to coordinate repairs, replacements, or upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and effective communication.● Respond promptly to emergency situations, following established contingency plans.● Support team leader to provide training and guidance to junior technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Minimum qualification:● Bachelor's degree or equivalent● Able to communicate in English.● 3+ years of hands-on experience as a IT Technician or in a related IT operations role.● Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking (Cisco, Juniper), and power/cooling systems.● Proficient in troubleshooting techniques for hardware and network issues.● Familiarity with DCIM software and monitoring tools.● Able to work on-site in Queretato, Mexico 100% of the time.● Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, or be on-call as part of a rotation schedule.● Must hold Mexican citizenship.
