The Role: We're seeking an upbeat, empathetic Remote Customer Support & Property Lead to join our self-storage management team. Key Responsibilities Customer Concierge: Answer inbound calls with a warm, high-energy greeting. Listen to customers' needs and guide them to the storage solution that best fits their situation. Creating "Wow" Moments: Deliver an amazing service experience from the first inquiry to the day they move out. You'll be the go-to person for questions, ensuring every interaction is stress-free. Reputation Excellence: Earn 5-star Google reviews by providing such a high level of care that customers want to share their experience (this is a key metric tied to your bonus structure). Account Resolution (Collections): Proactively reach out to customers with past-due balances. You'll use your great communication skills to help them bring their accounts current with kindness and professionalism. Property Coordination: Manage the digital "front desk"—assisting with lease agreements, helping customers navigate their accounts, and keeping our property software updated and organized. Proactive Support: Follow up with people who have expressed interest in our units to ensure they have all the information they need to join our community. Confident Communicator: You are comfortable having various types of conversations—from welcoming a new customer to discussing a late payment—always maintaining a professional and helpful tone. Detail-Oriented & Organized: You are comfortable using Google Workspace and can learn our property management software quickly to keep things running smoothly.
