Position Title:Content Operations ManagerLocation: Mexico CityKey Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of content creation, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand, goals, and audience needs.Streamline and improve content production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Work closely with content creators, designers, product teams, and marketing to ensure content is consistent across all channels (web, social media, email, etc.).Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns and promotions.Track content performance through analytics and insights, providing recommendations to optimize engagement and effectiveness.Review and ensure content is of high quality, adhering to brand guidelines, tone, and style.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in content operations, content management, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing or media is a plus.Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiar with content management systems (CMS), content scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.Ability to review and edit content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.Experience using data to inform content decisions and improve performance.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
