Job Title: Power BI Analyst – Supply ChainLocation: Guadalajara, MexicoRole SummaryWe are looking for a Power BI Analyst with strong expertise in Business Intelligence and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI and a solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and reporting best practices. Exposure to Supply Chain domain will be a strong advantage.Must-Have Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Dashboards, Reports, DAX, Data Modeling)Good understanding of SQL and relational databasesExperience in Business Intelligence / Data AnalyticsGood-to-Have Skills- Supply Chain domain knowledge (Logistics, Inventory, Demand Planning, Procurement, etc.)Experience working with large and complex datasetsExposure to data integration from multiple source systemsRoles & Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingTranslate business requirements into effective visual analytics solutionsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needsDevelop optimized data models and calculations using DAXEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reportsPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, IT, and Business usersSupport enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions
