Este rol es para alguien obsesionado con el rendimiento, la calidad de interacción y el impacto real en el usuario, que quiera construir productos que transformen cómo aprenden millones de niños.#Ingenieros backend para integrar APIs GraphQL y REST para web y móvilDiseñadores UX/UI para asegurar experiencias consistentes y pixel-perfect en todos los dispositivosProduct Managers para priorizar y entregar en ciclos rápidos#Desarrollo Frontend y Mobile AvanzadoConstruir interfaces de alto rendimiento y mobile-first usando React Native (Expo) y ReactDiseñar y mantener sistemas de diseño y librerías de componentes reutilizablesGarantizar una experiencia fluida en Android, iOS y webGamificación y Sistemas InteractivosImplementar sistemas de recompensas, seguimiento de progreso y logrosConstruir funcionalidades en tiempo real (chat, colaboración, actualizaciones en vivo)Optimizar para dispositivos de gama baja y media (memoria, CPU, red)Manejar animaciones, gestos y patrones de interacción complejosTrabajar con GraphQL (queries, mutations y subscriptions)Integrarse con backends en Node.js y modelos de dominio compartidosAplicar principios tipo SRE al frontend: monitoreo, tracking de errores y métricas de performance#3+ años de experiencia profesional en frontend, con fuerte foco en mobile~ Dominio práctico de React Native (Expo) y React~ Buen manejo de GraphQL y Node.js~ Experiencia comprobada construyendo aplicaciones multiplataforma~ Conocimiento sólido en optimización de performance móvil~ Sensibilidad por producto y diseño~ Fundada en Portugal, Luca es la EdTech de más rápido crecimiento en México y una de las startups más prometedoras de América Latina.
