You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and serviceability, and develops and implements service processes that meet customer needs.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the technical development and execution of service strategies related to NPI product development of Consumer Hardware Engineer (HW) Service Operations.- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customers’ requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide products design for repairability and serviceability.- Track and report on Service Engineering metrics, such as refining the Service Requirement Definition (SRD) for product design and tracing scores for all products.- Identify and implement opportunities for NPI service improvement and setting product design for serviceability / repairability targets.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best in service engineering.View Full Job Description
